The Clubhouse is available for usage by Lake Lorman Lot Owners. There is a $75 required non-refundable usage fee with exemption for charitable or religious groups of 20 persons or less attending the event. There is a $175 security deposit for all groups for cleanup, sweeping and mopping, and repairs and replacements if needed - the deposit is refundable if clean up by Lot Owner meets all requirements.

Lot Owners may reserve the Clubhouse by contacting Shirley Grace at 601.856.4483 to check for availability, pay the security deposit and sign a contract stating the Lot Owner's responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:

• removing all their trash from the Clubhouse area, not leaving it for garbage pickup,
• agreement that there will be absolutely no cooking on any of the outside decks, and
• agreement that no alcohol will be served or consumed or permitted in or around the Clubhouse during or on any such use.
